Restrictions

Tickets are only required for adults aged 16 yrs or above.
Children unaccompanied by an adult are not allowed.
Ticket prices include a non-refundable booking fee.
Parking is not permitted in Low Dalby Village.
No BBQs, fires or camping is permitted in any of the forest.
No card payments can be taken in the forest for catering purchases.
If you wish to upgrade single stage tickets to a multistage ticket enter the individual ticket code (5 letters) in the promo code area.

Waiver

Please allows sufficient time to get to the event and the walk from the parking areas.
Ticket refunds are solely at the discretion of the organiser and then only in extenuating circumstances.
All requests for ticket refunds must be lodged before 17:00, 21 September 2023. After this time, refund requests will not be agreed.
A valid ticket must be shown at the entry gates and upon request. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that their electrical device is sufficiently charged, a paper copy is available or the quick code can be provided. If the staff member cannot verify the validity of the ticket held, entry will be denied and a refund will not be available.
